We love all of our clients at Sparks Hair Design, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that is comfortable, safe, and leaves them wanting to return time and again. COVID-19

To ensure eveyone's safety and comfort  during the Pandemic, all guests are required to wear a mask upon entering and while receiving Haircuts, Haircolor, Blowouts, and all other Services at all times.

We ask guests to kindly wait outside the main entrance and call the reception desk before entering the Salon. Our receptionist will notify your stylist of your arrival. 

Please arrive solo for your appointment. Due to Pandemic Safety Restrictions, Sparks Hair Design must maintain a safe  and appropriate capacity.


No children unless they are receiving a service! Minors who are receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult. 

Upon entering, all guests at Sparks Hair Design are required to fill out a health form and have a temperature check before being seated with a Stylist. 

Sparks Hair Design adds a $3 Covid-19 surcharge at checkout.  The $3 charge will be added to the total cost of your services. This additional fee will allow us to cover all the costs required to remain fully compliant with the updated CDC requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, more frequent deep cleanings of the Salon, and the limit on capacity.  

DEPOSITS

Sparks hair design charges a deposit fee of $100 for all services over $100 and a 50% desposit for all services under $100 to reserve guest appointments. The remaining balance of guest services are due upon checkout. 

CANCELATION

Sparks Hair Design requires guests to reschedule appointments 24 hours prior to their scheduled appoinment or risk losing their deposit. All deposits are credited towards the new rescheduled appointment.
