Tiffany

Tiffany specializes in color, highlights, cuts, texture, design and makeup. A very important part of her profession is listening carefully to what her clients want to achieve, and basing her suggestions on their lifestyle, texture, and condition of hair. Making clients feel good about themselves is what makes her job so rewarding. As a stylist, Tiffany makes it a point to educate her clients about product knowledge, and how to achieve the finished look desired. She believes that education is vital to the inspiration and continued success of any stylist. To further her education in an ever changing profession, she has taken the following classes: Tony & Guy (cutting & color placement), Goldwell - Baltimore & Las Vegas (color techniques and cutting), Redken (color placement), Bumble & Bumble (creative styling techniques), Bobbi Brown (certified makeup artist). She is certified in the Keratin Complex Treatment.

Nicole

Nicole loves to make her clients feel beautiful by connecting with each person's individual style. She has a positive outlook and always strives for the best in everything she does. Nicole specializes in color, highlights, long-layered cuts and blow outs. She loves learning new techniques in all areas of her field. She believes that education is crucial not only for herself, but for her clients, so she is passionate about helping them replicate their style at home. Nicole has been educated by Goldwell, and has taken cutting classes at DePasquale. She is certified in Donna Bella Milan hair extensions and Cadiveu Keratin Treatment.

Ondrea

Ondrea’s passion for hair is undeniable and always shows in her work. Her training includes color, cutting, and styling techniques from Goldwell, KMS, Paul Mitchell, and Redken. She also regularly attends classes at DePasquale, keeping herself full of new ideas and techniques to offer many different personalities. As a down to earth perfectionist, Ondrea always makes the perfect connection between what you want and what she has to offer. Whether you’re a regular or it’s the first time in her chair, you’re bound to leave looking and feeling great.

Ron

Ron enjoys creating unique color tones, dimensional color and haircut design to match his clients’ face shapes, complexions, and personalities. He was published in Goldwell Project Glossary #1 in 2000. He is inspired by couture, street fashion, music, art, literature (He holds an MA in German from Syracuse University), and movies. Ron trained with Vidal Sassoon, Jingles, Goldwell, and Tigi; and he has been at Sparks since 1997. Ron loves to listen to his clients to determine what inspires them so he can anticipate their needs, whether it is a unique twist on a traditional style and natural looking color, or something funky, trendy and fun. He likes to educate his clients so they can recreate the salon experience at home.

Alysha

Alysha is a very versatile stylist and makeup artist. She looks at hair as an accessory, and her goal is to shape a style that individualizes each of her clients. She is inspired by fashion, diversity, and education. Alysha continuously learns new color placement and formulations, cuts, and styling techniques for current trends with our companies Goldwell and KMS California. She is certified by Cadiveu Professional, Coppola Keratin Complex, and Donna Bella Milan individual hair strand extensions. She also specializes in weave extensions known as micro-link sew-ins and Curly Hair textures. Her commitment for teaching styling tips and hair maintenance provides solutions that affect the health and beauty of her client’s hair. With Alysha’s great ability to listen and connect with her clients, anything can be accomplished.

Melanie

Melissa

Melissa is trained in cuts, colors, waxing, braiding, updos and weaves. Her training began at the Capri Institute and continued on with Goldwell Color and Cutting, Rusk, Brocato Updo styling, Martin Parsons Updo’s and Bumble & Bumble. She loves working with all types of clients and always has a smile on her face. She loves classic elegant styles as well as fun trendy cuts.

Alina

Alina is a diverse stylist and brings her artistic energy to anything from conservative chic to trendy and funky. She specializes in color, color correction, and eyebrow shaping. Alina prides herself on her attentiveness and ability to connect with her clients, as well as her take home styling tips. Alina has trained with Goldwell, Trendzoom, and Rainbow Beauty Academy, and is certified in the Keratin Complex treatment.

Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn has trained with Depasquale, Goldwell, and Tigi, and is certified in Japanese hair straightening and Keratin Complex. She enjoys a challenge and prides herself on her finish work, blow outs, updos, and makeup. Her bubbly personality and confidence reveal themselves through her work.

Josel

Josel has an eye for style and can go anywhere from classic to trendy. She prides herself on her colorist skills and developing her own coloring techniques. Josel loves doing long layered sexy haircuts. She is certified in the Keratin Complex Therapy Treatment, Hair Treats Extensions, and Tressallure Extensions. Josel has been educated by Goldwell - Baltimore & Las Vegas, Redken, and Bumble & Bumble.

Chrissy

Chrissy's goal with styling is to provide her clients with a modern look, and to keep it fresh by staying progressive and incorporating change frequently. She specializes in all styles from funky to classic. She finds inspiration from her background in fine art, fashion, and educational classes. Her training includes Goldwell, Sebastian, Tony & Guy, Aveda, and Paul Mitchell.

Phil

Phil's passion for color and refined cutting techniques allow him to create modern, sexy styles. His dedication to personalized attention leaves his clients with fashion forward yet easy-to-manage hair. He has been educated by Goldwell, and is currently sharing his knowledge and passion as a Goldwell Educator.
